      Overview of manned chat

      LITTLE HELP CONNECT allows you to send individual manned chats such as 1:1 to LINE or SMS, in addition to the 1:N simultaneous distribution.

      The following is an explanation of the screen operations for each type of delivery.


      LINE

      When responding to a manned chat on line, you can do so either in your LITTLE HELP CONNECT inbox or on your HubSpot contact record.
