The Video feature allows you to register video content to deliver to your LINE friends and use it in message distribution. The key characteristic of the Video feature is that you can trigger a chat flow to start when a video viewing is completed.

Differences Between Video and Rich Video Message
LITTLE HELP CONNECT offers two features for video distribution: "Video" and "Rich Video Message." The main differences are as follows:

Uploading a Video
To distribute a video, first upload the video file to LITTLE HELP CONNECT.
- Select "Marketing > Files" from the admin panel menu
- Click the "Upload File" button
- Select and upload your video file

Configuring Video in Message Distribution
Follow these steps to use your uploaded video in message distribution:
- Select "Marketing > Message Distribution > Create Distribution" from the admin panel menu
- In the message creation screen, select "Video" from the "Message Type" dropdown
- Select the video you want to distribute in "Message Content File"
- Enter an arbitrary ID in "Message Video Tracking ID"
- About Video Tracking ID
The Tracking ID is an identifier used to measure video view completion. You specify this ID when setting up the view completion trigger in a chat flow. - Maximum Characters:
- 100 characters
- Allowed Character Types:
- Alphanumeric characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9), symbols (-.=,+*()%$&;:@{}!?<>[])
- Checkbox "Do not convert URL for tracking":
- Normally used unchecked
Setting Up Video View Completion Trigger
You can start a chat flow triggered by video view completion. This is a feature unique to the Video function and is not available in Rich Video Message.
Configuration Method in Chat Flow
- Select the "Video View Completion" trigger in the chat flow edit screen
- Enter the tracking ID you set in message distribution in the "Tracking ID" field
- Set the condition to "Matches"
- Configure the action you want to execute after view completion (setting property values, sending messages, enrolling in workflow, etc.)
- By utilizing this feature, you can provide timely follow-up to high-potential users who have watched the video to the end.

Q. How should I decide between Video and Rich Video Message?
A. Choose "Video" if you want to trigger actions upon view completion, or "Rich Video Message" if you want to make an impact with auto-play.
The Video feature allows you to start a LITTLE HELP CONNECT chat flow triggered by view completion. On the other hand, Rich Video Message auto-plays when displayed in the LINE chat screen, making it easier to catch users' attention.
We recommend choosing based on the purpose of your distribution.
Q. Can I change the display size of the video?
A. You cannot change the display size within LITTLE HELP CONNECT.
On LINE, the display is automatically adjusted according to the video's aspect ratio, but the display size itself (display area) is fixed. If you want to change the display format, you need to create the video with your desired aspect ratio in advance (e.g., 16:9, 1:1, 9:16, etc.).
However, some cropping may occur on LINE chat due to display area constraints, so it's recommended to place important elements in the center.
Q. Can I specify a thumbnail image for the video?
A. Currently, it is not possible to specify a custom thumbnail.
The current specification automatically displays the first frame of the video as the thumbnail. Therefore, many users insert a static image of their choice for about 1 second at the beginning of the video to use as a thumbnail substitute.
Q. The video preview is not displaying properly
A. The preview may not display correctly in the message distribution settings screen, but as long as there are no errors, there is no problem.
If you want to check the actual display on the LINE app, please use the "Test Send" function in message distribution.
Q. Can I upload video files larger than 30MB?
A. Direct upload to LITTLE HELP CONNECT is limited to 30MB.
If you want to use files larger than 30MB, please consider uploading to external storage services (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) and sharing the URL in your message. Rich Video Message provides an option to "Use external storage."
