Details of LINE Contact Properties

When you install LITTLE HELP CONNECT, custom properties are automatically created in the contact properties to collect LINE information.

Below are the specifications for each custom property.

Profile

  • LINE User ID
    The LINE User ID is stored.

  • LINE User Name
    Stores the registered name of the LINE user.

  • LINE User Picture
    Stores the URL of the LINE profile picture.

  • LINE ID Sync Date *
    Stores the date when the LINE User ID was first synced to HubSpot.

 

Follow-up Status

  • LINE Follow
    The follow status is stored (YES: follow, NO: block).

 

One to One Message

  • LINE Last Send Message
    The last attended chat LINE message sent from the LITTLE HELP CONNECT inbox or the HubSpot chat screen will be stored.

    Simultaneously sent messages are not stored in this property.

  • LINE Last Reply Message
    The last LINE message received will be stored.

    This property is updated only when a free-entry message is received from a LINE friend.
    This property will not be updated if you choose any option to answer the question.

  • LINE Unanswered
    Whether or not to reply to a LINE message is stored.

    The answer is YES when a LINE message is received.
    The answer will be YES not only when a free-fill message is received, but also when a response is sent to the bot.

    NO only when you reply to a LINE message from the LITTLE HELP CONNECT inbox or from the HubSpot chat screen.
    It will not be NO if you have received an automatic response from the Bot.

By default, "LINE Last Reply Message" and "LINE Unanswered" are only updated for free-entry messages. However, if "Update "LINE Last Reply Message" and "LINE Unanswered" properties" in the Question Action of the chat flow is turned ON, contents other than free-entries will also be recorded. Please be aware of this.


    Traffic Source

    • LINE Traffic Source *
      Like HubSpot's standard "Original Source" contact property, this property is updated only once.
      For contacts added with a custom QR code, the "Title" of the custom QR code will be entered into this property. Otherwise, the following information will be reflected.
      • LINE QR
        Contacts you have befriended using the LINE Genuine Friends QR Code
      • LINE QR - Reply
        Contacts that could have keyed message reception
      • LINE QR - Import
        Contacts made by importing

    *This property is updated only once and cannot be overwritten. On the other hand, it may be updated each time when the custom QR code is read several times during a one-minute period after the first synchronization for operation tests, etc.

    Inbox

    • LINE user tags
      The tags are stored in the Little Help Connect inbox.
      Tags can also be synced bi-directionally from HubSpot.

    • LINE user inbox status
      Stores the status of your Little Help Connect inbox (Follow-up: required, Resolved: supported).
      Statuses can also be synced bi-directionally from HubSpot.

     

    One to Many Message

    • Last LINE broadcast name
      The "title" of the last message delivered by Little Help Connect's message delivery function is stored.

    • Last LINE broadcast send date
      Stores the latest sent date of messages delivered by Little Help Connect's Message Delivery feature.

    • Last LINE broadcast open date
      Stores the most recent open date of messages delivered by Little Help Connect's message delivery feature.

    • Last LINE broadcast click date
      Stores the most recent click date of a message delivered by Little Help Connect's message delivery feature.

    Never delete these properties.
    If they are deleted, LINE integration may not work properly. We are not responsible for any problems resulting from the deletion of these properties.
