By embedding the LITTLE HELP CONNECT tracking code into your pages, you can collect the page browsing history of your LINE contacts. This section explains the procedure.
The tracking code of LITTLE HELP CONNECT assumes that the HubSpot tracking code is installed on the page. For more information on the HubSpot tracking code, please refer to "Install the HubSpot tracking code".
1. Obtaining the tracking code
Click on the gear symbol in the upper right corner of the LITTLE HELP CONNECT administration screen to go to the settings screen. Then, select "Tracking" from the menu on the left.
Click on the "Copy" button to copy the tracking code.
2. embed the tracking code
Paste the copied tracking code anywhere in your site HTML. The embedding method is the same as HubSpot's tracking code; you can paste the code directly into your HTML, or you can load the tracking code with tools such as Google Tag Manager.

3. Linking visitors to LINE contacts
Send the link to the page where you installed the tracking code to your LINE friends. When doing so, please specify "lineid={ LINE User ID of HubSpot contact }" in the URL parameter.
Below is an example of sending a link in the workflow. The contact token is used and the LINE User ID is specified in the URL parameter.
When a friend clicks on the link sent to them, the page's browsing history will be recorded in the timeline of the connected LINE contact.
The collected page browsing history can be used to filter lists and trigger workflows.
