I can't deliver LINE messages.

There are times when LINE messages cannot be delivered from LITTLE HELP CONNECT.

This is due to the fact that the maximum number of messages that can be sent from the official LINE account has been reached. (When the maximum number of messages that can be sent from the official LINE account is reached, LINE messages will automatically become unavailable from LITTLE HELP CONNECT as well.)

To be able to send LINE messages again, you will need to wait until the beginning of the next month when the number of messages will be reset, or upgrade your LINE Official Account plan.

We are sorry, but we are unable to answer detailed questions regarding the plan upgrade for LINE Official Accounts.

If you have any questions about how long it will take for the number of free messages to increase after the plan upgrade, we are unable to answer them as we do not know what LINE is doing about it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Note: How to check the current official LINE account plan

Access LINE Official Account Manager and select the LINE Official Account you wish to check.

Select "Settings>Monthly Plan" and the one with the "In Use" mark is the current plan.

You can check this under "Settings > Dashboard > Number of Free Messages Delivered.



Although it is possible to check the number of free messages sent on LINE on the Little Help Connect administration screen, the counting logic is slightly different, so we recommend that you check the correct numbers on the LINE administration screen.
