How to View Group Chats in HubSpot

With LITTLE HELP CONNECT, you can handle LINE group chats directly from HubSpot.

1. How to Access LINE Group Chats

When providing human support for LINE, you can operate from either of the following:

1. LITTLE HELP CONNECT Inbox (same as for individual chats)

   • Web version inbox

   • Mobile app inbox

2. HubSpot Company Record

   • In the company record screen, click "LINE Chat" in the right-hand sidebar to display the LINE conversation with the company (group chat).

2. Sending Messages

From the HubSpot company record, you can send LINE messages directly to the group chat (company).
