Details of LINE Company Properties

Specifications & Important Notes for Automatically Generated Custom Properties

When you enable the Group Chat Management toggle in LITTLE HELP CONNECT, custom company properties are automatically created.
These properties are used to manage LINE group chats as Company Objects.

Below are the details and specifications for each custom property.

Profile

  • LINE Group ID
A unique identifier for each LINE group chat, stored for linking group chat data to the company object.

Note: This internal name is the same as the contact property LINE User ID_1, which may cause confusion. Currently, this is intentional and will remain the same.

Unlike LINE User IDs, this property does not require a _1 suffix.

  • LINE Group Chat Active Status
Indicates whether the LINE group chat is currently active.
    • YES: At least one friend-connected user is still in the group.

    • NO:

      • All members have left except the official account, or

      • The official account has left and only personal accounts remain.

Usage Examples:

  • Filter and display only active group chats by setting a view where LINE Group Chat Active Status = YES.

  • Retain inactive group chats for historical reference, allowing you to choose whether to delete them later without losing important data.

About the Merge Function

Currently, there is no merge function available for group chats.
If you submit a form to a group chat, the contact properties may be updated incorrectly.

⚠️ Please do not submit forms to group chats.

Tips for Using These Properties

  • Use LINE Group Chat Active Status to track ongoing vs. ended group chats.

  • Keep historical group chat records for context, even after chats end.

Do not delete these properties.

If deleted, LINE integration may fail. We are not responsible for any issues caused by deletion.
