How to Set Up Automatic and Manual LINE User ID Synchronization
We implemented this feature to resolve the following issues that arise from manually registering or merging LINE User ID.

Friends registered to the official LINE account appear as "API"

Friends cannot be found in the inbox search

Significant discrepancies between the number of contacts in the recipient list and the actual delivery count in message distribution
With this feature, HubSpot contact IDs and LITTLE HELP CONNECT contact IDs are synchronized, resolving these issues.
Feature Overview
Using the configured LINE User ID list, contact data is periodically synchronized to reflect the latest information.
Feature Specifications
1. Configuring the LINE User ID List

Create a list in HubSpot that includes all LINE contacts.
(Example filter condition: LINE User ID _ 1 has a value)

Then, access "Admin Dashboard > Channels > LINE Official Account > Selected Account > Settings" in LITTLE HELP CONNECT and set the created list as the "List of LINE Contacts."

Based on the configured list, an automatic batch process updates the IDs to the latest state daily at 2 AM.
2. Immediate Synchronization via "Sync Now" Button

The on-screen button allows for immediate manual synchronization.
3. Displaying the Last Synchronization Time

The last synchronization time is displayed on the screen.
4. Stopping the Nighttime Batch Process

Deleting the configured list stops the nighttime batch process.
Notes

The list must be properly set up for ID synchronization to work.

Please note that repeatedly performing manual synchronization during the day may affect API rate limits.
