Integration with HubSpot Inbox (beta)

HubSpot's “Inbox” and “Help Desk” can now be integrated with LINE Official Accounts, allowing you to respond to user inquiries more efficiently by utilizing HubSpot's team-based inquiry management features (tickets, views, snippets, reports, etc.).

Please refer to “Set up the conversation inbox” for instructions on using the inbox in HubSpot.

This feature requires HubSpot's Sales Hub Enterprise or Service Hub Enterprise.

4. Tips for use

Tickets

You can tie “tickets” to communications (see “Manage tickets in your inbox”).

Tickets allow you to add your own properties and manage more detailed information than “open” and “closed” communications. Tickets can be used to manage complex stages, automate workflows, and create custom reports.

HubSpot AI
The Inbox is integrated with HubSpot's AI functionality, allowing for automatic creation and summarization of sentences by the generated AI. We hope you will take advantage of this feature to improve communication with your customers.
