Integration with HubSpot Inbox

How to Connect LINE Official Account to HubSpot Inbox and Help Desk

You can now integrate your LINE Official Account with HubSpot's "Inbox" and "Help Desk". Leverage HubSpot’s team-based inquiry management tools (tickets, views, snippets, reports, etc.) to respond to user inquiries more efficiently.

For detailed instructions on using HubSpot’s Inbox, please refer to "Set up the conversations inbox".

o use the Inbox integration features, you need to have either "Sales Hub Professional" or "Service Hub Professional" subscriptions.

Moreover, to utilize Help Desk integration or automatic assignment of inquiries in the Inbox, you must purchase the required number of seats for either "Sales Hub Professional" or "Service Hub Professional."

If you installed LITTLE HELP CONNECT prior to this feature's release, additional permissions are required. Please click the URL below, select your HubSpot portal, and grant the additional permissions such as "Manage channel accounts" and "Write to conversations."

1. Connecting to Inbox and Help Desk

In the channel list of HubSpot Inbox or Help Desk, add "LINE." Click "Connect a channel" in the settings page to display the channel selection screen.

Select "LINE" from the displayed channels and proceed with the settings.

Clicking "Connect with LINE" will display a list of your LITTLE HELP CONNECT accounts. Select the account you wish to connect.

Once connected, "LINE" will appear in the channel list on the settings page.

2. Receiving Messages

After connecting, messages received by your LINE Official Account will automatically create conversations in your HubSpot Inbox.

Basic message formats such as stickers, images, and videos are supported.

Messages can be managed through "Threads." If a message is received after a thread has been closed, a new thread will be created. However, if a message arrives within 24 hours after thread closure, it will reopen the previously closed thread as a continuation of the communication.

3. Sending Messages

You can send messages through the "LINE" message input field in the Inbox.

Sending images, videos, and PDF files is supported. Currently, sending LINE emojis, stickers, or messages with sender names is not supported.

4. Tips for Effective Use

Tickets
You can associate "tickets" with communications (see "Manage tickets in your Inbox").


With tickets, you can add custom properties to manage more detailed information beyond simply "open" or "closed." Tickets allow you to manage complex stages, automate workflows, and create custom reports.

The Inbox integrates with HubSpot's AI features, enabling automatic text generation and summaries powered by generative AI. Use these tools to enhance your customer communications.
