When you install the LITTLE HELP CONNECT app, the "Update Rich Menu" action will be added to your workflow. This action allows you to update the rich menu of your LINE contacts to the latest state.
LITTLE HELP CONNECT provides a function to switch the rich menu of LINE Contacts according to the list conditions ("Smart Rich Menu"). However, since the switching timing is currently at night, the rich menu will not switch in real time based on list subscriptions. If you want to switch the rich menu in real time, you need to create a workflow to update the rich menu triggered by list registration.
Specify the target list membership as the trigger condition. You can also enable the re-register option.
Then, specify the "Refresh Rich Menu" action.
This setting allows you to switch the rich menu in real time as soon as a contact is added to the list.
