Message delivery is created in the LITTLE HELP CONNECT administration screen. Select "Message Delivery" under "Marketing" from the menu at the top of the administration screen.
Create a new message delivery by clicking the "Create Delivery" button in the upper right corner of the list screen.
After creating the message, you will be redirected to the message editing screen. On this screen, you can set the details of the delivery.
Title for managing message delivery.
Delivery Type (Normal Send/Automatic Send)
Select "Normal Send" if you want to use this option for simultaneous delivery.
Delivery timing (send now, schedule for later)
In the case of "Send Now", the message will be delivered immediately after the sending is executed. If you want to deliver the message at a specific date and time, select "Schedule for later".
Delivery date and time
You can set the date and time when you select "Schedule for later" for the delivery timing. You cannot specify a date and time within 30 minutes of the current time.
Distribution Source (LINE Official Account)
Specify the official LINE account from which you want to distribute the message.
Specify the HubSpot list to be distributed to. You can specify multiple lists.
Due to the limited amount of data that can be accessed by HubSpot from LITTLE HELP CONNECT, lists larger than 100,000 contacts cannot be specified.
If you wish to send out messages to more than 100,000 contacts at once, please divide your list or use the standard message delivery function of the LINE official account.
Do not distribute
You can specify a list of LINE contacts that you wish to exclude from distribution. You can specify multiple lists.
You can specify any tags you wish to use in your messages. The tags you specify here can be used to filter the data in the LINE Analytics screen.
Up to 3 messages can be delivered at a time. You can also specify a different message format for each.
Message - Type
Select one of "Text", "Rich Message", or "JSON".
Message - Text
Set the message body to be delivered. In addition to pictograms, tokens (see "Tokens
"for details) to embed contact values in the message body.
Messages - Rich messages
You can select a rich message that you have uploaded in the rich message list. For more information on the rich message feature, see "Rich messages".
Message - JSON
If you would like to send video messages, card type messages, or other types of messages that are not currently supported by the LITTLE HELP CONNECT settings screen, you will need to write JSON code.
