Message delivery and auto-response with LITTLE HELP CONNECT and QR code response can embed contact property values in messages by using tokens.
The token is specified by enclosing the internal name of the contact property with a brace symbol. For more information about internal names of properties, please refer to the HubSpot document "Manage your properties".
